At Wholistic Management Services, Inc. Adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities are supported with the highest level of compassion and professionalism. We are family owned and operated, and we treat the people we support like family.
To us, they are.
Our approach to care is as individual as the people we serve. We believe that no one is just a diagnosis, but a whole human being who deserves our utmost respect. Those living with mild to profound levels of intellectual impairment and significant sensory, physical, behavioral and medical challenges have a right to receive care consistent with the very best practices. But even beyond quality care, they have a right to live with dignity. We honor that right. The people we support know this. And their families appreciate it.
Wholistic Services began in 1990 with a management team already experienced in caring for persons with multiple disabilities. We are fully accredited by the Department on Disability Services, licensed by The Department of Health and approved by the Department of Health Care Finance Administration.
For persons with intense medical, behavioral and physical needs, our services range from 24-hour skilled nursing care to effective transitioning, service planning, coordination of care and community integration. Our senior management staff members have been with us an average of ten years. We have been owned and managed by the same family for over 25 years. Our work is more than a service. It is our calling.
Throughout our more than 25-year history, we have maintained high levels of compliance with federal and local regulations and policies, and we are highly responsive to oversight agencies.
Our DDS/DDA provider certification review scores, both in Person-Centered Domains and in Organization categories have exceeded industry standards. Even more gratifying are our satisfaction scores, which reflect the views of the families and support system of the people we serve, in every area. We have exceptional satisfaction ratings, a remarkable achievement among providers.
For us there is no greater responsibility than to be entrusted with the care of your loved one. We have been providing peace of mind to families for over two decades. We promise to do the same for yours
